Four Questions
From season to season and year to year, each Soul Cycle gathering is unique; a synergy of person, place and moment in time. Soul Cycle draws from and draws out that which is present in the moment to move past our “dictating minds and into our hearts”. Four questions serve as catalysts to assist in this process, serving as a map of the spiritual path. Each question is associated with a season and the four questions are revisited cyclically each year.

Spring - How doe we face change?
Summer - How do we embrace suffering?
Autumn – How do we experience joy?
Winter – How do we serve?

Dance, Drum, Sing
"If you can walk you can dance. If you can talk you can sing." (Zimbabwe proverb)

Soul Cycle honors each person’s unique way of expressing their authentic self. Soul Cycle is not about talent or expertise but a way of discovering how we most naturally express ourselves and calling that forth. The archetypes of Dancer, Drummer and Singer serve as metaphors from which that expression is drawn into the circle. Movement, vocalizing and rhythm-making are some of the ways we play together in Soul Cycle but all forms of expression are encouraged. No experience is needed!
