Soul Cycles

Ceremonies for the Heart in a Changing World

A project started in 2008

2011 Dates
Winter: Sunday December 18

2012 Dates
Spring: Sunday March 18
Summer: Sunday June 17
Fall: Sunday September 16
Winter: Sunday December 16

All are 10:00 AM - 1 PM

From season to season and year to year, each Soul Cycle gathering is unique; a synergy of person, place and moment in time. Soul Cycle draws from and draws out that which is present in the moment to move past our "dictating minds and into our hearts."

Four Questions
Four questions serve as catalysts to assist in this process, serving as a map of the spiritual path. Each question is associated with a season and the four questions are revisited cyclically each year.

Spring: How doe we face change?
Summer: How do we embrace suffering?
Autumn: How do we experience joy?
Winter: How do we serve?

Dance, Drum, Sing
"If you can walk you can dance. If you can talk you can sing." (Zimbabwe proverb)

Soul Cycle honors each person's unique way of expressing their authentic self. Soul Cycle is not about talent or expertise but a way of discovering how we most naturally express ourselves and calling that forth. The archetypes of Dancer, Drummer and Singer serve as metaphors from which that expression is drawn into the circle. Movement, vocalizing and rhythm-making are some of the ways we play together in Soul Cycle but all forms of expression are encouraged. No experience is needed!

The focus of her direction is to create a safe, nurturing and playful environment where each person can experience more of themselves. 3 Hour Mini Seminars

Sheng Zhen Zhongtian Meditation Seminar Series
Three seminars, each three hours long

We invite you to a meditation series, to deepen the oneness of all. Together, meditation strengthens us individually and collectively for our planet. Each three hour, montly segment will comfortably guide you through the Zhongtian Yiqi meditation practice. Learn to quiet the mind and relax the body while sitting in a place, steeped in unconditional love to support the nervous system and our challenging world. The energy of the qi supports each other through this quiet practice. We become one with each other and strengthened by many in the collective practice.

In this series we ask for a suggested donation. The importance of this meditation practice outweighs the cost. If you are drawn to attend, offer your loving heart in service of the collective.

Sign up and commitment to all three sessions is recommended.
